AIA Tampa Bay | Honor Award
The Nestor Residence, a design-built project in St Petersburg, was awarded the highest residential award. Tampa Bay's American Institute of Architects represents seven counties from Clearwater to Lakeland. The submissions were reviewed by a peer jury of architects and architectural professors from Miami. |

The Riverfront Residence was recognized with a Merit Award. The award is "conveyed on those project which demonstrate a commitment to excellence in architectural design". Halflants + Pichette won the only two residential awards of 2011 in Tampa Bay. |
