The firm developed a unique student housing floor plan to offer each resident both privacy and shared amenities. While the 3 bedroom units have shared living quarters, each individual bedroom has its own entry and access to the exterior circulation. All of the units are identical and are simply rotated to lock into one another.

We separated the main circulation from the windows to create a buffer in front of the bedrooms. Deep terraces serve the living spaces. Each unit has 5 entries, one for each of the bedrooms, one for the living room, and one for the kitchen, allowing for the units to be entered from both sides.
