The scope of the project entails designing a two storey addition to a residence fronting St Armand's Canal. The addition is designed for the south end of the site where one can have a clear view of the adjoining secluded bayou.

Large covered terraces will open the house up to the canal. Each new space will have a direct access to a terrace.
