On the most visible corner of the residential mixed-use project, a dramatic concrete canopy captures the sky, unifies the project, and emphasizes the height of the tower. Selected units are laid out with a two storey living space.

The two storey spaces stagger locations to interlock with the units above and below. Six townhouses line the parking garage to mediate the scale of the project with the adjacent residential neighborhood. The project is designed to be built of concrete, glass, and terracotta.
